North Hills Psychological Services P.C. was founded in 1990 (and incorporated in 1994) by Dr. Laura Marshak, Dr. Milton Seligman and Dr. Jean McClung, all licensed psychologists. Each of the partners brought numerous years of experience to the practice. After three years of operation, the original partners decided to expand the practice by hiring qualified professionals who could offer a wide range of services. North Hills Psychological Services is pleased to offer the services of nine highly qualified mental health professionals.

The professionals at NHPS are providers for HMOs and PPOs in the Pittsburgh area, including Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UPMC Health PLan, Medicare and UBH. We also accept self-pay clients. For a comprehensive listing of insurances accepted by our group, please click on Insurances.

We are located in the North Hills, in Ross Township. Our offices are approximately 5-10 minutes from the McKnight Road exit of I-79, and immediately north of the McKnight/Siebert intersection.  We are across the street from the McKnight Road U.S. Post Office and the closed Chi Chi's restaurant. Our office building is next to the Half Price Books.
